Geeta M. Soni
Mentor in recovery and small business
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Beacon Foundation
- Since 1987
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,990 people through Beacon Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Geeta: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
