I've cooked from 2006 to 2024, first at home, then at Old Addis Ababa Grill and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you. On Sundays I cook for anyone who turns up. I take the work seriously, though not myself. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
