Gbenga Yinka Zakari
Choir director and singer
- 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
- Awka Music School
- 2008 to 2016
- English, Spanish
I play classical and saxophone. I started in 2008 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 15 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
More about Gbenga
I wrote my first song when I was 13. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Gbenga: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
