Gbenga Jide Quadri
Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Port Harcourt, Rivers, Nigeria
- Little Port Harcourt Trades Guild
- Since 1995
- English, Hausa
I've worked in upholstery since 1995. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 960 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.

What gifts mean to Gbenga: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
