Gbenga Ebuka Akinwale

Football coach, Sakura Swimming Club

  • 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Sakura Swimming Club
  • 1992 to 2012
  • English, Igbo, Spanish
I coached football at Sakura Swimming Club from 1992 to 2012. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

What gifts mean to Gbenga: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
