Gayathri R. Nadar
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇳 Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
- Silverlake Foundation
- Since 1996
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 660 people through Silverlake Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Gayathri
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
