Gayan Lahiru Rathnayake
Plumbing, done properly
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Old Westbrook Shop
- 2017 to 2025
- English, Sinhala
I've worked in plumbing from 2017 to 2025. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 390 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 18 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Gayan: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
