I've coached cross country at Pune Parkside Youth Club since 2011. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
I'm still learning every day.
