Gaurav G. Patel
Volunteer mentor with Rosewood Association
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Since 1984
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,100 people through Rosewood Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Gaurav
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Gaurav: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
