Garima W. Srivastava
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇺🇸 Riverside, California, United States
- 2012 to 2023
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 330 people through Riverside Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Garima
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Garima: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
