Gareth W. Molefe
Mentor in farming and careers
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Victory Foundation
- 1998 to 2010
- English
For twelve years I've mentored people in farming and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Gareth
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Gareth: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
