Youth cycling coach and mentor

For 44 years I've run the cycling program at Pune Northside Swimming Club in Pune. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
