Ganesh C. Sawant
Tabla player and teacher in Patna
- 🇮🇳 Patna, Bihar, India
- Silverlake Music School
- 2010 to 2022
- English, Marathi
I play tabla and oud. I started in 2010 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ganesh
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Ganesh: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
