Gamze Leyla Işık
Spanish and special education teacher, Ankara
- 🇹🇷 Ankara, Ankara, Türkiye
- Trinity Academy
- 2013 to 2023
- English, Turkish
For ten years I was the Spanish teacher at Trinity Academy. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 180 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Gamze
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Gamze: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
