Galit Gili Bar
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇱 Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel
- Hope Works
- 1999 to 2023
- English, Hebrew
My trade is shoemaking. I opened my own shop in 1999 in Tel Aviv and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 13 years later for another job.
More about Galit
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
