Teacher at Pioneer Academy, loves social studies

- Pioneer Academy

I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Gabriela
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Gabriela: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me social studies in 2011 at Pioneer Academy. I still remember the snow day nobody expected. Thank you again.
