For 20 years I've run the football program at Oaxaca de Juárez Community Club in Oaxaca de Juárez. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
