Mentor in small business and first-generation students
- 🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Willow Creek Community Trust
- 1987 to 2009
- English, Spanish
For 22 years I've mentored people in small business and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
