English literature and mathematics teacher, Barranquilla
- 🇨🇴 Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
- Baobab Secondary School
- 1984 to 2007

I taught English literature and mathematics at Baobab Secondary School, Barranquilla. I learned every name in the first week.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Gabriela
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Gabriela: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
