Gabriel S. Hunt

Master of baking, now teaching apprentices

  • 🇺🇸 Montgomery, Alabama, United States
  • The Pioneer Workshop
  • Since 1985
  • English, French
I've worked in baking since 1985. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,680 apprentices. The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Gabriel: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
