Gabriel Powell
Oud and tabla teacher
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Birmingham Choir
- Since 2001
- English
I play oud and tabla. I started in 2001 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Gabriel
I write my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
