Gabriel M. Benítez
Coached cross country for eight years in Envigado
- 🇨🇴 Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia
- Since 2018
- Spanish
I've coached cross country at Envigado Football Club since 2018. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Gabriel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
