Helping people break into teaching
- 🇫🇷 Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France
- Crescent Foundation
- Since 2009
- French
For 17 years I've mentored people in teaching and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Gabriel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
