Furkan Onur Aydın
Recovery mentor, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Willow Creek Foundation
- 2014 to 2022
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Willow Creek Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Furkan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Furkan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
