I taught drama and physics at St. Anne's Secondary School, Enugu. I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 260 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Funmilayo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Funmilayo: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
