Funmilayo Uche Danjuma
Religious studies and home economics teacher, Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- 2008 to 2018

Beacon Middle School was my second home. I taught religious studies there from 2008 to 2018, mostly Year 10.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Funmilayo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Funmilayo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
