Funmilayo Obiageli Bello

Volunteer mentor with Lagos Association

  • 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Lagos Association
  • Since 2006
  • English, Igbo
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,020 people through Lagos Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Funmilayo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
