Funmilayo Lola Quadri

Hockey and fitness coach, Abuja

  • 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
  • Abuja Swimming Club
  • 1984 to 2004
  • English, Igbo
I coached hockey at Abuja Swimming Club from 1984 to 2004. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away. Thank you for stopping by.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
