Funmilayo Bukola Falana
Helping people break into finance
- 🇳🇬 Ibadan, Oyo, Nigeria
- 1999 to 2020
- English, Igbo
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Ibadan Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Funmilayo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
