I've volunteered with Munich Community Kitchen since 2006. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Frieda
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Frieda: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
