For 34 years I have been the physical education teacher at Unity Boys' School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Frieda: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
