I teach home economics at Meadowbank High School in Mannheim since 2002. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,080 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Frank: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
