Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 Rochester, New York, United States
- Rochester Community Trust
- 2017 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 450 people through Rochester Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Frank
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Frank: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
