I taught marine biology at Dresden University from 1988 to 2014, and supervised 39 dissertations along the way.
Former students now work as a mechanic and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Frank
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Frank: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
