I've volunteered with Good Shepherd Food Bank since 2015. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I carry a notebook everywhere. Small habits keep a team together.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Frank
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Frank: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
