Frank Jakob Fuchs
Farming mentor, Düsseldorf
- 🇩🇪 Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Since 1978
- English
For 48 years I've mentored people in farming and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Frank
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Frank: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
