I'm a mentor in trades. I've spent my career as a mechanic and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Frank
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Frank: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
