Helping people break into trades
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Ashford Learning Hub
- Since 1987
- English, Spanish
For 39 years I've mentored people in trades and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Francois
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Francois: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
