Francois M. Botha
Violin and oud teacher
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Johannesburg Choir
- 2008 to 2016
- English, Afrikaans, Spanish
I play violin and oud. I started in 2008 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Francois
I wrote my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
