Francisco Renato Teixeira
Swimming and fitness coach, São Paulo
- 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
- São Paulo Boxing Gym
- 2017 to 2025

For eight years I ran the swimming program at São Paulo Boxing Gym in São Paulo. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Francisco
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Francisco: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
