Helping people break into teaching
- 🇲🇽 Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico
- 2016 to 2025
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 320 people through St. Mary's Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Francisco: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
