Francisco Flávio Gonçalves
Youth hockey coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Juiz de Fora Youth Club
- 2000 to 2012
- Portuguese
I coached hockey at Juiz de Fora Youth Club from 2000 to 2012. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Francisco
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Francisco: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
