Francisco A. Quiroga
Helping people break into law school
- 🇺🇸 Syracuse, New York, United States
- Syracuse Association
- 2013 to 2021
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 470 people through Syracuse Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Francisco
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Francisco: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
