I taught special education and computer science at Duque de Caxias Secondary School, Duque de Caxias. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 540 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Francisca
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Francisca: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
