I coached baseball at Mount Pleasant Boxing Gym from 1991 to 2013. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Francisca: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the last day before the summer holidays. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Buenos Aires.
