Francisca Júlia Amaral

Accordion player and teacher in Santos

  • 🇧🇷 Santos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Santos Beacon Quartet
  • 1991 to 2017
  • Portuguese
I play accordion and choir direction. I started in 1991 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 16 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Francisca

I wrote my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.
