Francisca Aline Rocha
Mentor in farming and leadership
- 🇧🇷 Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- Holy Cross Mentoring Circle
- Since 1989
- English, Portuguese
For 37 years I've mentored people in farming and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
