Francisca Aline Oliveira
Volunteer mentor with Contagem Learning Hub
- 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,770 people through Contagem Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Francisca
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Francisca: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
