Francis E. Concepcion
Librarian at Iloilo City Library
- 🇵🇭 Iloilo City, Iloilo, Philippines
- Iloilo City Library
- Since 1982
- English, Filipino
For 44 years I look after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Iloilo City Library.
I answer every email, even at midnight. A library should feel like a living room.
