For 23 years I have been the biology teacher at Andes Secondary School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 620 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Fotini: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
